🔎 Step 2: Assessment & Placement Match – Initial Fee 95€ (Excl. VAT)
This dedicated stage includes:

Interview & Profile Guidance: CV review and tips to optimize your presentation.

Placement Mediation: We share your profile with suitable companies and manage all initial coordination.
Note: This fee covers the evaluation and coordination process and is non-refundable.
🤝 Step 3: Confirmation & Secure Booking – Final Payment 300€ (Excl. VAT)
Upon confirmation of placement by a host company, the final payment secures your internship and activates all included services.
✅ What Is Included in the Service
Upon successful final confirmation, we provide:

Confirmed Internship Placement: Formalization of the agreement with a host company.

Documentation Support: Assistance with Learning Agreements and Certificates of Attendance.

Pre-arrival Coordination: Practical guidance before arrival and first-day information.

Accommodation Reservation: Access to accommodation through trusted local partners, subject to availability.

Mobility Coordination: Coordination between the school, student, and host company throughout the mobility.

Follow-up: Regular remote communication with both the student and the host company throughout the placement.

Mediation: Assistance in resolving issues between student and host company during the placement.

Standard Support: Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00 CET).
- Local Advice: Practical guidance on transport, local services, and everyday life in Malta.
🚫 What Is NOT Included
The following services are not included in the standard Internship Placement Service:

Custom Placement Searches: Internship searches outside our established partner network.

Accommodation Outside Our Network: Accommodation arranged outside our verified local partners.

On-site Visits: Regular supervision to host companies during the placement.

Travel Arrangements: Flights, visas, insurance, airport transfers, and public transport.
- Teacher Visits: Planning, coordination, and support for supervising teacher visits, unless otherwise agreed.
